This Shipping Policy applies to orders shipped to addresses within the United States only. We currently do not ship to other countries.

2. Origin & Logistics

Our products are shipped directly from our logistics partners and distribution centers in Asia. By removing middlemen and local warehousing costs, we can offer premium products at fairer prices. This is clearly stated to ensure full transparency about your order journey.

3. Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) to verify, pack, and dispatch your order.
  • Transit Time (United States): 6–8 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 7–10 business days from the date of order.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or high carrier volume.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States — with no minimum purchase requirement.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders valued under $800 USD are generally exempt from duties under the US de minimis threshold. However, should any customs duties, taxes, or import fees be assessed by US Customs and Border Protection, they are the sole responsibility of the customer. Lune Floue has no control over these government-imposed charges.

6. Carriers & Tracking

Your order is shipped via international logistics partners and handed over to local US carriers for final delivery:

United States: USPS, UPS, or FedEx

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number so you can track your package at any time on our website.

7. Delivery Issues
